''All Your Heroes Become Villains'' is the fourth album released by the musical collective Ed Hale and The Transcendence. It is a concept album and features a varitety of musical styles including brit pop, progressive rock, blues based rock as well as experimental and chamber pop moments.〔(Sloucher review of ''All Your Heroes Become Villains'' )〕 It was released November 15, 2011 on Dying Van Gogh Records.
